Certificates and Licenses
Boat owners, skippers, radio operators and anglers are required to have their operators certificates and licenses on them at all times. COF, Buoyancy certificates and spectrum licenses are to be up to date and available for inspection at any time.
Boat Numbers and Name
Boat registration numbers are to be permanently marked on each side of the vessel. The numbers should be as large as possible, but no less than 150mm in height. They should be dark on a light background, or vice versa. If the vessel has a name, then this should appear on each side of the hull as well. A vessel may only display one license number.
